SHIPPING POLICY

 

Thank you for visiting and shopping at NUDE ESSENTIALS. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

 

Shipment processing time. All orders are processed within 2-3 business days during operating hours only. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

 

Shipping rates & delivery estimates. Shipping charges for your order are a flat rate of $6. This is subject to change anytime and without notice. All deliveries are made with the United States Postal Service (USPS). Estimated delivery time for all orders is 2-5 business days. Should a product be returned to NUDE ESSENTIALS due to incorrect address, customer is responsible for cost of reshipment. Domestic shipping only at this time. Delivery delays can occasionally occur. You will be contacted should your order be impacted.

 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking. You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. Please be sure ALL shipping information is given completely and accurately (i.e. complete street address, correct apartment number, zip code, correct spelling).

 

Customs, Duties and Taxes. NUDE ESSENTIALS is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

 

Damages. NUDE ESSENTIALS is not liable for any products damaged or lost once they have been shipped. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

 

WARM WEATHER WARNING:

Due to the nature of our products, some (i.e. Whipped Butters) may melt in transit during the warmer months. Should your whipped body butter melt, it can be refrigerated to solidify, or you are able to use it melted if you wish. The original whipped texture will likely not be regained even if you choose to refrigerate it, however, its skin-treating properties and aroma will remain. Refunds and exchanges are not offered if your Whipped Butter melts.

 

Return Policy. At this time NUDE ESSENTIALS will not process returns or exchanges, with the exception of receiving an incorrect product. Should this happen, an email MUST be sent to [email protected] with the subject line “Incorrect Order” within 3 calendar days of receiving the incorrect item. Once approved (within 24 hours of original email), the customer will have 5 business days from the delivery date to ship the incorrect item to NUDE ESSENTIALS. (For example: You receive the wrong scent of body butter delivered Thursday. You have until Sunday (3 calendar days) to email NUDE ESSENTIALS. Once the return/exchange for the correct item is approved, you have until the following Thursday (5 business days) to ship it unopened and unused.)

SAMPLE POLICY

 

Please email [email protected] if you would like to order a set of samples for an event or as gifts. You can expect a response within 24-48 hours of the time your email is sent. Pricing, quantities, and pick-up will be discussed through direct correspondence. Initial contact must be made AT LEAST 21 DAYS from the date the samples will be needed. NO rush orders will be placed at this time. A deposit of $15 or 10% of quoted price, whichever is greater, is needed to confirm your sample order. If the deposit is not paid, your order will not be fulfilled. Remainder of total cost must be made 3 business days before scheduled pick-up. Failure to do so will result in a $10 late fee.
